Rental terms and personal data

Important: Minimum rental is four days, payment is cash at pick-up and travel outside Czechia is currently not allowed.

At handover, the renter presents a valid driving licence and another valid identity document. The vehicle may be driven only by persons entered in the rental agreement; normally no more than two drivers are listed.

The standard minimum rental period is four days. The exact start and return time are stated in the agreement and determine the billing period.

The estimated rental fee and refundable deposit are paid in cash when the vehicle is handed over. Deposit amounts differ by vehicle category and are shown in the price list or confirmed before booking.

Mileage is unlimited unless a specific written agreement says otherwise. Vehicles intended for normal road use have a valid Czech motorway vignette where required.

Vehicle handover is arranged in advance. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–14:00. Weekend handovers are not provided. Late return is charged at CZK 100 for each started hour.

The car is returned with at least the same fuel level and in comparable cleanliness to the handover condition. Smoking is prohibited. Transporting animals requires prior agreement.

Travel abroad is currently not permitted. The vehicle must remain within the Czech Republic for the entire rental period unless the signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

The renter must stop safely, contact the rental company without delay and follow its instructions. In an accident, suspected third-party damage, theft or unclear circumstances, the Police of the Czech Republic must be called and the event documented.

Traffic fines, parking charges, tolls and other obligations arising during the rental are paid by the renter. The vehicle may not be used for races, driver training, towing without permission or any unlawful activity.

The rental company may refuse to hand over a vehicle when the identification, payment, driving ability or intended use raises a reasonable concern. A specific reason does not have to be provided.

Personal details are used to prepare and perform the rental agreement, issue accounting records, meet legal duties and protect vehicles and claims. A vehicle may contain a location device. Location data is consulted only when reasonably necessary, for example after theft, unauthorised retention or another serious incident. Data is not used for advertising profiling and is retained only for the period required by the purpose or applicable law.

This website provides a practical summary. The signed rental agreement, handover record and any vehicle-specific arrangement take priority if they contain more detailed terms.
Questions about a specific vehicle, deposit or date can be discussed by phone or WhatsApp before booking.
